About the role

As a Remote Dispatcher at Symphony Inc you are the calm voice in the middle of a busy day. You own the live board: receiving service requests, assigning the right person to the right job, and communicating clearly with clients and field teams so nothing slips. You will work in our dispatch software alongside a small, supportive operations pod, and you will have real ownership over how your accounts run day to day. This role suits someone who thinks in logistics, stays composed when priorities shift, and takes pride in a clean, accurate board at the end of every shift.

What you'll do

  • Monitor incoming service requests across phone, email and chat and dispatch them without delay
  • Assign and re-sequence jobs based on location, urgency, skill set and technician availability
  • Keep clients informed with proactive ETA updates, delay notices and completion confirmations
  • Maintain accurate, real-time records of job status, notes and time stamps in the dispatch system
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts and escalate urgent or at-risk jobs to the operations lead
  • Produce end-of-shift handover notes so the next dispatcher starts with full context

What we're looking for

  • 1+ year in dispatch, scheduling, logistics coordination or a high-volume customer support role
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication
  • Comfortable juggling multiple channels and priorities without losing accuracy
  • Reliable high-speed internet, a quiet work space and a headset
  • Available for a consistent full-time schedule in a US time zone

Nice to have

  • Experience with field service or fleet dispatch platforms
  • Familiarity with HVAC, trucking, home services or healthcare scheduling
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
